Denis: "This is the Emperor Suite at the Ming Court Hotel in Singapore. I came to David's room for a chat, and this is how I found him. He initially moved to put down the newspaper but the scene was so perfect that I asked him to carry on as if I wasn't there, unlit cigarette etc. The newspaper shows that the news hasn't changed that much, just the personalities involved"
