David Bowie Newcastle City Hall, 1978
Denis: "In 1978 I persuaded UK music paper NME to send me to Newcastle City Hall to cover David's show, where - along with other photographers - I could shoot just three songs from the aisle. This was the result, and despite the years that I spent with David it's probably my favourite live picture of him. The next time David toured, in 1983 after the release of his 'Scary Monsters, Super Creeps' & 'Let's Dance' albums, I travelled the world as his tour photographer."
